About Patricia Hess

Patricia Hess is a senior HR and operations leader with deep experience across biotech, cell therapy, pharmaceutical, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors. She has held executive roles including Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and led large-scale Talent Acquisition organizations during hyper-growth.

Previously, Patricia served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Kite (a Gilead Company), supporting rapid growth from clinical to commercial scale and building global TA infrastructure. She also held progressive TA leadership roles at Amgen (including TA leadership across The Americas) and early TA infrastructure roles at Nestlé USA.
